Mango Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

       1 ripe mango
      1 ripe avocado
      1 tomato (plum tomato is best)
      1 clove of garlic, very fine minced
      1 shallot (or 1/4 of a small red onion), chopped
      1/2 tablespoon of lime juice
      1 sprig green onion (scallion), chopped
      3-5 sprigs of cilantro, finely chopped)
      1/4 teaspoon of flaked pepper
      1/4 teaspoon of salt (more or less depends on your salty taste bud).
