Sprouts is proud to bring the best of Vietnamese food to the local area. Duong Morris, the owner and Chef, lived in Vietnam until she was 25 years old, where she cooked for family and friends, and eventually went to culinary school in Ho Chi Minh City. During the last 11 years living in the US, she has again been cooking for friends and family. Her cooking style has adapted to the American palette, but is still rooted in traditional Vietnamese.
